Corporation of London GAP Project Guildhall North Block Refurbishment
Design development role responsible for ventilated South façade thermal model evaluation and chilled beam selections on First to Sixth office floors including reassessment following overall building restack.
47 Air Despatch Squadron, RAF Brize Norton
Forensic investigation and detailed inspection of closed circuit pipework systems installed in recently completed airside high bay storage and distribution building prior to advising recommendations for remedial work activities. In this instance we used UKAS accredited laboratory for analysis of all water samples collected to establish reasons for premature plant failure and pipework deterioration.
Templeborough Biomass Power Plant, Rotherham
Redevelopment of brownfield site for Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners to provide 41MWe of green power generation. Our work scope included river water abstraction arrangements from adjacent River Don to serve main process cooling water package with space planning of intake fish screen / pump chamber, revised planning and abstraction licence applications, liaison with Environment Agency and detailing of river water monitoring sensors.

High quality commercial office fit out of 310,000ft2 in new 12 storey pre-let development with project team support for MEP site inspection works and ongoing quality control to meet a very challenging programme of works.

Post contract evaluation of river water cooling installation including assessment of level of ongoing silt deposition in River Clyde using hydrographic data.
Battersea Power Station Development Phase 2, London SW8
Mixed use redevelopment project centred on the Grade 2* listed Power Station Building itself with enclosed Basement level halo service road and loading bay smoke clearance arrangements developed to confirm location of fresh air intake and powered extract discharge locations using fire engineered approach.
A site wide smoke clearance strategy was developed to interface with adjoining phases of this iconic landmark building and overall principles agreed with representatives from Wandsworth Building Control and London Fire Brigade at design workshops.
Zone pollution control and life safety system interfaces were also detailed together with provisions for plant access and future expansion space within this separate package of design development work.
