Working as an integrated part of the Client retained design team, a number of business park office development projects located in the M4/M5 corridor were successfully taken from initial design concept through to full building occupation within a structured site inspection and reporting environment.
 

An ongoing independent advisory role combined vetting of tenant fit out proposals, sub-letting and reinstatement works in completed buildings whilst reporting on building defect and equipment warranty issues to ensure that overall property investment was safeguarded throughout.

Outline design concept and house standards were periodically reviewed in line with changes in statutory legislation and technical support given where necessary to the Architectural design team on use of alternative glazing solutions, partitioning and control flexibility studies as well as beneficial use of external solar screening elements.
